Renownly is run by Great Work LLC. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
We collect what you type into the form: your name, email, business name, city and kind of business. We also record your IP address, only to limit how many reports one person can run. We use this to run the report, to email it to you, and to follow up about it. To build the report we send your business name, city and category to data providers that run the search and AI questions for us. We don't send them your name or email.
We research local businesses using public information: Google Maps listings, public websites, and public business contact details. If we emailed you, it's because your business came up in that research, usually because AI assistants weren't naming it despite strong reviews. We keep your business name, the public contact address we used, and the report we made for you. Reply "stop" or use the unsubscribe link and we won't email you again. Ask and we'll delete everything we have about you.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep what we need to do the work and keep records: your name, email, business details, and what you bought.
