ChatGPT names the chiropractors it can confirm: the conditions they treat, techniques and services, new-patient and insurance details, credentials, and the area they serve, written on their own site and matched by their listings and the city lists it reads. Great reviews alone don't put a practice in the answer.
In our 2026 study across 14 Dallas–Fort Worth cities, 31% of chiropractors with 4.6+ stars and 60+ reviews were not named by ChatGPT or Google's AI Mode. In one city, a practice with a perfect 5.0 rating and nearly 900 reviews was left out while one with 39 was named.
AI answers for chiropractors list more practices than most industries (about 9 per search in our study), so the opening is wider, but practices with thin websites or mismatched listings still get skipped.
Give each main service its own page (back pain, sports injuries, auto-accident care, prenatal), state the doctors' credentials, keep your details identical everywhere you're listed, and check which lists ChatGPT cites for your city.
