In our 2026 study across 14 Dallas–Fort Worth cities, 34% of foundation repair companies with 4.6+ stars and 60+ reviews were not named by ChatGPT or Google's AI Mode. In one city, a company with more than 2,000 reviews was left out while one with 36 was named.
North Texas clay soil makes foundation repair a big, researched purchase, and homeowners increasingly ask AI who to trust. The companies it names tend to explain their methods and warranty clearly and appear on the local "best foundation repair" lists ChatGPT cites.
